2018 versus 2019

Last year, I was pretty stoked about how I did in the open. After a year of pretty consistent training and clean diet, I did a lot better. A few things have helped out a ton this year:

  • Role models (Huge thanks to Stephanie and Andrew)
  • Consistency
  • Trust (Huge thanks to everyone who believed in me this year. You know who you are)
