Most folks I know that left, or those who almost left (myself included), were not being fair weather, they were trying to avoid USF fans on the way out.

Ask Chris Husein about his experience at the Citrus Bowl two years ago when leaving. He and Thomas found themselves surrounded walking towards the gate and he ended up getting clocked in the back of the head.

At RayJay, I know someone who had a knife pulled on them.

The problem with going to games like last night as a first ever game, is the sheer amount of alcohol involved in an all day tailgate is.. well.. a bit much, at the least. I, for the most part, avoid the student lot at most games for that reason alone.

Next time, come tailgate with all of us. We have a killer group of alumni that are chill/etc. And don't sit in the midst of the visiting team. I'm in 127, only about 35-40 yards away, and most of the USF racket was drowned out by UCF fans going ape shit the whole time. I'm glad you mentioned what they were chanting, because we could barely hear it.
